melted pork lard

4 tbs

red wine

Προετοιμασία

Oil the meat and the baking dish and season to taste.
Lard the meat with bacon and line with sliced vegetables.
Pour with 1-2 dl water and red wine. Baste the meat with the juices it releases during roasting.
