Προετοιμασία
- Thoroughly wash the red beets. Without peeling them, place them on a baking tray and roast.
- Peel the roasted beets and cut into large pieces.
- In a frying pan, heat up the butter and sear the red beet cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped thyme. Serve with sliced goat cheese and coarsely chopped walnuts.
